Nandi Woods is located off Bannerghatta Road. In recent years Bannerghatta road has emerged as the favoured location for IT companies (Honeywell, Accenture), banks (HSBC), hospitals (Wockhardt, Apollo), educational institutions (IIM-B, Sarla Birla Academy) and various other commercial establishments.  Not surprisingly it is now an in-demand residential neighbourhood.

Nandi Woods is conveniently located for access to both Electronic City as well as Jayanagar.  With the NICE corridor nearby, access to Hosur Road and Kanakapara Road is on a 6-lane superhighway.  Bangalore’s new metro (“Namma Metro”) plan includes a Monorail service that will connect Bannerghatta National Park to Adugodi all along Bannerghatta Road.
